So many diet plans are total BS. They give you fancy foods and complicated directions but where are the results? We skip all that stuff and get straight to what actually works.
Thanks so so much for the great recipes, Amy! They are all super delicious!! Since we started with the meal plans, we are eating much more varied and definitely more healthy. We are getting to know so many different vegetables and spices. Plus, we have no more stress about choosing meals, or making our chaotic meal plans… Thanks so much again for making our life easier and our diets more varied and healthier!!! We are looking forward to the coming meal plans and recipes. Keep up the great work!
