I have a developed an easy-to-read book that will help you make smarter eating decisions which can result in losing a few pounds, staying healthier, and in many cases, saving money.
This is not a “make your own home-made food” book. Yes, home-made food is usually the healthiest, however, fast food can be healthy too if you’re following the three principles I highlight in the book. This book is only 26 pages long so it will not take too much of your time to read and understand.
By now you are probably wondering who I am and why you should listen to me. I am not by any means an expert in nutrition or dieting, I have simply found a formula that worked for me over the years that I want to share with other people that find themselves always eating fast food.
My formula doesn’t involve any crazy dieting or abuse to your body. It’s just minor tweaks here and there that you can make in order to eat less calories and fats.
I have been using this strategy for years now and have found it quite successful. In fact, I am able to maintain a fairly low body fat ratio, while also eating some of my favorite foods.
Note: It’s important to note that I also workout on a regular basis so that also helps me with my physique.
